it's in the genes...

I don't have a quilt finish to post, but little relish does!

I've been cutting all my scrap fabric into usable quilting squares from 10x10 all the way down to 2.5 x 2.5. Anything smaller becomes little relish's stash or trash. Boy was she excited to get those new squares! She hates having glue on her hands so she probably washed her hands 5 times during the process. Lol. It's now hanging right by my sewing machine. While, this isn't her first paper quilt, it is the first I did not help with whatsoever.

This task might take me the whole weekend, but it's totally worth knowing those boxes of wrinkled fabric scraps are now a future scrappy quilt!
