Zakka 2.0 - Tea Bag Pouch
This weeks Zakka 2.0 sew-a-long is a lovely tea pot cozy and a tea bag pouch. Well, since I like my tea iced I don't have a need for either of these, but I can't stand to be left out. So..... I decided to make just the pouch this week. I figured it would be great to hold my earrings and necklaces for traveling or maybe my presser feet for my sewing machine.
I used some scraps from My Virtual Quilting Bee fabrics (gypsy Girl).
Can you think of any other spectator ideas I can use this pouch for?

This is beautiful! And good idea to use it for earrings. I don't really carry tea bags about either :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I think it will be great for my earrings and such! Thanks for checking out my blog and leaving a sweet coomment!
DeleteI totally carry tea bags around just loosely in my purse and I need to get this book so I can carry them around more properly ;) Lovely fabric choices!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great for carrying tea bags around. Makes me want to carry some around even though I don't drink tea. Ha! My friend just begged me to make her one for her tea bags.
DeleteI love this! The jewellery idea is brilliant. I really like the use of the bright fabrics with the linen. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteI am a tad bit addicted to linen right now...lol. Thanks for stopping by and leaving such a sweet comment.
DeleteTotally cute! I just found your blog from Flamingo Toes linky party. I love all your sewing projects. I am also a crafter/quilter. I blog over at jedicraftgirl.blogspot.com.
